A very early era brooch from Taxco that exhibits a raw yet elegant style. It is not hallmarked with the eagle, so it is was produced before 1948, and it was crafted with .980 silver versus the .925 sterling. I love the esthetic of these vintage brooches. You can feel the early silversmithing days of Taxco in this specific piece.
